Merging different culinary concepts, it creates a space where Abendbrot evolves into a more elaborate form of cuisine without abandoning its simple form as a cold dinner.

While we sit together, discuss and tell stories, wine bottles are opened and plates are filled again and again, inviting each guest to get a taste of this and that. Each plate a hand-picked composition of what tastes best. Every bite can taste different, everyone eats at their own pace. In Spanish, this is called “Picar” - the enjoyment of picking small, flavourful bites in a relaxed and convivial setting.
